COVID-19: How to strengthen your immunity?

In this era of COVID-19 pandemic in which thousands of people are dead and millions of people are infected, when there is no vaccine in the world and there is high chance for overall world population to get infected with this contagious disease, some scientists and doctors are mentioning some points that help to strengthen immune system. World has no option left now. People can only work on their immunities. Strong immunity helps you to find against typical and worst viruses and diseases. These viruses have been proved to be pandemic for years for humanity. No one can save himself for it. A human should never forget the power of God and God knows that when we are going to face good time again.

But in this exam, what we can do is we can naturally be prepared for it. Staying at home and staying safe is not enough but eating nutritious food is also important. Vitamins of all kinds are essential for human immune system. Citric fruits like lemons, grapefruits and oranges are essential for strengthening immune system. Vitamin A that is found in liver and Vitamin E that is found in vegetables and nuts interact with enzymes in a human body and increases immunity level. Zinc in meat and sea food like shrimps etc is also essential for the immune system. In fact, sweet potatoes and carrots perform marvelous job in strengthening immune system. Selenium that is a part of whole grains and Vitamin C that is found in kiwi and bell pepper are 100% vitamin C that is found in kiwi and bell pepper are 100% essential for human immune system. People should also use dairy products daily. There are few more things that help immunity very well like amino acid that is usually found in nuts like almonds and walnuts and grains like sesame and pumpkin seeds help very well.

There is no hard and fast rule that you need to eat or drink all of them. You can choose any of them according to the availability and your financial situation. But using any of them is highly recommended to strengthen your immune system and you should go with any of them to fight against COVID-19 pandemic and stay alive. Last but not the least, remember God and do religious practices to stay strong mentally and spiritually.
